Indigo Moo'd Ice Cream scoops up homemade ice cream while building community

In Lindsbourg, Kansas, Indigo Moo'd Ice Cream owner Alison Replogle is making from-scratch ice cream in flavors like coffee and mint using Hildebrand Farms Dairy milk and cream. For many years, Alison was a school counselor, but she saw a need in her small community for a gathering place, so left her position with the school order to launch an ice cream shop. Today, she welcomes locals and tourists for a scoop of ice cream with a side of conversation, conviviality and connection to community.
