Blending wine is an art

At Dale Hollow, they ferment the juice from each type of grape separately and then blend, inviting the entire family to assist with the tasting and tweaking to create the right balance of flavor and aroma. In three different vineyard locations, Jesse and Katy grow Norton, Chambourcin, Vignoles, St. Vincent, Concord, Catawba, Cayuga White and Baco Noir. All of their wines are crafted from those unique varietals.
