Pigs and goats to eggs and wild mushrooms, diversified farming is the focus at Such & Such

Such & Such is a diversified farm, meaning that there's lots of stuff growing here, from pigs and goats to produce and herbs. This means "you have a lot of irons in the fire," says Autumn. "But that's what we wanted to do. We wanted to be a diversified farm that's a one-stop shop." Beyond what they're growing and cultivating on the farm, Ryan takes advantage of foraging opportunities on the over 140 acres of mostly-forested land. Wild mushrooms, maple syrup, dairy, eggs, pork, veggies ... no matter the season, the bounty produced on the farm ends up starring in the Homie Hospitality dinners.
