Roots' jams perk up the menu at Treeline Coffee Roasters

At Treeline Coffee Roasters, chief caffeinator Natalie Van Dusen is dedicated to ethically sourcing the green coffee beans that she roasts in small batches on site at her cafes. She and Patrick have been close friends for years and uses his jams to jazz up waffles and add a sweet note to arepas, while his lavender syrup sweetens customers’ lattes.
