RECIPE: White Bean Spread

| Ingredients |

  • 1 Shallot

  • 1 T Oil

  • 6 C Cooked White Tepary Beans

  • 3 T Lemon Juice

  • 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tsp/shot Bitters

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • 1 T Coconut Oil

  • ¼ tsp Cracked Pepper

  • 2 C Crème Fraiche/Sour Cream Replacement

  • 1 T Tahini 

| Preparation | Sauté one minced shallot in 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil until golden and fragrant. Place shallots and all other ingredients into food processor and puree until smooth. Enjoy at room temperature or warm before eating.
