RECIPE: White Bean Spread

| Ingredients |
1 Shallot
1 T Oil
6 C Cooked White Tepary Beans
3 T Lemon Juice
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp/shot Bitters
2 tsp Salt
1 T Coconut Oil
¼ tsp Cracked Pepper
2 C Crème Fraiche/Sour Cream Replacement
1 T Tahini
| Preparation | Sauté one minced shallot in 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil until golden and fragrant. Place shallots and all other ingredients into food processor and puree until smooth. Enjoy at room temperature or warm before eating.
