Using a Biofloc system allows farms like Triple J to recycle their water

The heterotropic bacteria present in Triple J's tanks consumes shrimp waste, creating a closed system that allows the farm to recycle its water and also makes it so that there isn't any runoff or other waste to dispose of. As Jeff says, if Mother Nature can do the job, let her do it.
