Missouri was one of the leading wine-producing states prior to prohibition. Today, the industry is poised for tremendous growth and as new wineries like Dale Hollow pop up, industry leaders step in to help. Jacob Holman, longtime winemaker at Les Bourgeois Vineyards, has offered guidance to the Dales as they have expanded the winery and built a new tasting room. His advice? Make it bigger than you think you need -- in this region, you have to plan for growth!
