So, what is Green STEM? It's the practice of applying a nature-based lens to STEM education. Cameron, who is only 14 years old, has been involved with MO Hives from the very beginning and has been so instrumental in the organization's development -- and done such a great job with the bees -- that he has his own personal hive. In this segment, Cameron and Dr. Pierson take me through the ins and outs of their beehives, from how the bees seal the hives shut to the way they build their amazing hexagonal honeycombs.
