Even the ice cream is local in the all-STL culinary program at CITYPARK

James Beard winning chef Gerard Craft is the chief flavor officer at CITYPARK, St. Louis' soccer stadium and the home of St. Louis CITY SC. The stadium opened in the spring of 2023 and Craft created a culinary experience that focused on local flavors. Almost every vendor is a local chef or maker, like Rachel at Bold Spoon. Fans can get a taste of everything from Balkan pide wraps to Vietnamese rice noodle bowls to wood-fired pizza and even handcrafted ice cream. There is no other stadium in the US with a culinary program like this -- the food alone is worth a ticket to the game!
