Broadening the Circle

Parker Puchta's vision for the winery is to broaden the impact the family business has on its community and its employees. Through wine, food and friendship, he hopes that connections can be made and deepened at the winery. He also sees the winery as an opportunity to elevate his employees, giving them opportunities and support so they can be proud of their work and what it means to the town of Hermann.
