"What makes a great cocoa bean is treating people fairly," says Shawn Askinosie. "We have an entire business model built around the way we treat cocoa farmers." An extension of the work that Shawn and his team are doing to partner with farmers across the globe is to bring young people along on the journey. The team at Askinosie created Chocolate Univeristy to immerse young people in the business of chocolate, broadening their experience of the world and delivering "a-ha!" moments.
