Peanut-Pretzel Bonbons

These bonbons are sweet, salty, crunchy perfection — and super easy to make.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup crushed salted pretzels

  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar

  • 12 oz dark chocolate

| Preparation | In a small saucepan over low heat, warm peanut butter and cream cheese, stirring until softened and combined. Stir in crushed pretzels and confectioner’s sugar. Allow to cool slightly and shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet and freeze for about 15 minutes to firm. Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly, and then transfer to a bowl. Using 2 spoons, dip peanut-pretzel balls into chocolate and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm.
