Stopping by the Brooklyn studios of Heritage Radio Network for beer and conversation
The studios of Heritage Radio Network, a non-profit radio station dedicated to covering anything and everything about food, are located in repurposed shipping containers behind Roberta’s, a restaurant turning out wood-fired pizzas (get the Bee Sting!) and handmade salumi.
Our hour-long conversation bounced from Peconic Escargot’s snails to Broken Arrow Ranch’s wild game, and beer wove its way through the interview, with Sunday Beer Co.’s co-founder Eric Schulz in studio, two six-packs in hand.
Listen in here and see if you know the answers to the St. Louis themed trivia that wraps up the episode.
