SarahBea was created from a love of granola and a paleo lifestyle. I have always loved to bake since I was little and often called "sarah lee" by my family because of this.

Baking in the kitchen is my favorite thing to do. When I started a paleo lifestyle, I had to change my ingredients and started making a granola that was nut and seed based. I was a single mom and my daughter and I often made Christmas gifts for her teachers and family. One year we decided to make granola, cran-chocolate was the original, and everyone loved it. Everyone said we should sell it and we decided to do just that. Since then, we have sourced local honey and pecans, added flavors and created a wonderful bar!

I have since married and my husband and I work in the business together. I still create and bake and he packages. My daughter, who has now graduated college for marketing, is in charge of our social media.
