We strive to provide one-on-one, personalized service on every order. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order, or have questions, comments, or concerns, please contact us to discuss how we can help. All refunds and/or returns are issued on a case by case basis and require manager approval.

We generally ship between 1 and 3 business days after order is received.
