Mike Phillips grew up in rural Minnesota, and the values he gleaned from years spent living and working with farmers are evident in the way he runs Red Table today. By building relationships with small farms and sourcing animals raised and slaughtered humanely, he is building and supporting the Minnesota farming community while delivering uncompromising flavor and quality to his customers.
