At Bold Spoon, Rachel is focused on teaching her young staff as well as school groups the science of ice cream. She relies on her staff's feedback and ideas to ensure they're always releasing fun, new flavors. And through their help, she's able to keep up with production for all of the gorcery stores that carry her ice cream, as well as Tower Grove Farmers Market and CITYPARK, St. Louis' soccer stadium.
