Marissa and Mark Gencarelli started out at zero, essentially, and grew Yoli organically by concentrating on making a fantastic product and learning the nuances of the food business. From working with chefs to launching their own retail operation and creating a line of other products, from salsa to tamales, Yoli has grown to a nationally-recognized company that straddles Marissa's Mexican heritage and their Midwest home.
