"Gin has the widest spectrum of flavors of any spirit," says Natasha Bahrami of The Gin Room in St. Louis, Missouri. "Maybe not every gin is for everybody, but there is a gin for everybody." When Dave Weglarz was considering making gin, he stopped by The Gin Room and sampled and chatted with Natasha, who encouraged him to try his hand at gin and expand beyond brown spirits like bourbon.
